Phase 2 COVID-19 Operational Measures:
Kindly note that, in accordance with the Regulations governing Phase 2 of the State of Emergency as declared by His Excellency, Dr Hage Geingob, the President of the Republic of Namibia, the Commission will partially resume its normal operations on Monday, 11th May 2020. Where possible, stakeholders are encouraged to contact the Commission using our electronic modes of communication during Phase 2 to minimise physical contact, in order to comply with the social distancing directives.
Our Merger Filing, Complaints, Exemption Applications and all other competition regulation-related Forms, remain available on our website (www.nacc.com.na) and stakeholders are urged to access them electronically. Physical documentations such as merger filing, complaints and exemption applications, will be accepted at our offices during Phase 2 and measures are put in place to minimise possible exposure to COVID-19.
