Office of the CEO
The Office of the CEO (OCEO) is responsible for establishing and maintaining an efficient administration within the Commission, ensuring effective organisation and management. It oversees the implementation of the Commission’s strategic goals and objectives, sets the organisation’s strategic direction, and provides the insights and guidance necessary to drive institutional performance.
The OCEO ensures that appropriate processes, procedures, and governance structures are in place to enable the Commission to fulfill its mandate. It also leads the dissemination of information on the Commission’s functions to stakeholders, facilitates the exchange of knowledge and expertise with other competition authorities, and consults with the Minister on matters of significant economic or public interest.
