Acquiring group: The acquiring undertakings are natural persons, Christoph Jatamunua and Victorine Mburambua Jatamunua.

Target undertaking: The target undertaking is an immovable property Portion 4 (a Portion of Portion 2) of the Farm Okamatangara No. 280. The target undertaking’s business activities include agricultural commercial farming activities, including but not limited to livestock farming and crop farming.

Relevant market: The merging parties define the relevant market as commercial agricultural land in Namibia.
