The Commission hereby invites stakeholders to attend a stakeholders’ conference in terms of Section 46(1) of the Competition Act No. 2 of 2003, that will be held on the 10th of September 2026, scheduled from 11h00am-16h00pm at the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy Auditorium, Windhoek, Namibia. Stakeholders are encouraged to make verbal or written submissions on the proposed merger before or at the conference. Interested stakeholders should confirm their attendance with Ms. Leena Shikongo.
