Amendment of rule 7 of Rules made under Competition Act 2 of 2003 can be found in Government Notice 6266, dated 22 March 2017. The amendment pertains to filing of applications, non-binding advisory opinions, the definitions of "acquirer" and "target" as well as Commission records and documents.

Competition Act, 2003 (Section 41, Rule 18(1))

Following the investigation and considering all written representations made in terms of Section 36 and of all matters raised at the conference held in accordance with Section 37, the Commission has decided to institute proceedings in the Court against the Namibian Association of Medical Aid Funds (NAMAF) and its members.
